On Mondays, you can go to Twitter and search for: #EcoMonday (hashtag) — the environmental equivalent of #FollowFriday, in which Twitter users suggest “green” tweeters to follow and share green news and info.

Shared on Mashable's website, Green Tweets provides a list in two categories--people and organizations/publications.
